Step 1 – Create Your Account
Click “Get Started” to activate your secure client portal in Time To Pet. From there, you’ll enter your information and add your pet(s)’ profiles.
Step 2 – Schedule Your Meet & Greet
Request your complimentary Meet & Greet directly through your portal. We’ll meet you and your pets, review care instructions, and ensure it’s the perfect fit.
Step 3 – Complete Your Profile & Agreements
Easily review and sign your service agreement and finalize your pet profiles—all online, in one place. This ensures safe, consistent, and personalized care.
Step 4 – Book & Manage Services
Submit service requests, view your schedule, message our team, and manage everything through your portal or mobile app—anytime, anywhere.
Step 5 – Relax & Enjoy Peace of Mind
Receive real-time updates, photos, and visit reports while you’re away—so you always know your pets are happy, safe, and cared for.
What We Require
Our Priority is Safety
Item 1 - Completed Meet & Greet. Because trust starts in person.
All new clients must complete a Meet & Greet prior to any services. This allows us to get to know you, understand your pet’s needs, and ensure we’re the right fit for each other.
Item 2 - Signed Client Agreements. Clear expectations. Professional standards. Peace of mind.
All clients are required to review and sign our service agreements through Time To Pet. These agreements outline important details such as emergency procedures, care standards, policies, and responsibilities. Note: Agreements are typically completed once, but may require updates if your information changes or as our policies evolve.
Item 3 - Complete Pet Profile (Per Pet). The more we know, the better we care.
Each pet must have a fully completed profile in Time To Pet. This ensures our team has everything needed to deliver safe, consistent, and personalized care.
Includes:
• Feeding instructions & routines
• Medications & special care needs
• Behavioral notes & preferences
• Emergency contacts
• Veterinary & vaccination details
Important: We strictly follow North Carolina vaccination requirements for the safety of your pets and our team. No exceptions.
