How it Works
5 Simple Steps
Step 1 - Submit a request. Click the "Book a FREE Consultation" button, or click HERE. We do not charge for a Meet & Greet (initial consultation).
Step 2 - Schedule a Meet & Greet. We’ll meet you and your pets to ensure it’s the right fit and review care details.
Step 3 - Review & Sign Agreements. All services require a signed contract and a completed Pet Profile (one profile for each pet). These all can be completed online and at no additional cost to you.
Step 4 - Book with Us. Once all agreements are signed and pet profiles complete, book with us by one of the following: 1) Email Us, 2) Contact us via phone, or 3) Submit a booking request (click HERE).
Step 5 - Relax. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your pets are in caring, reliable hands.
What We Require
Our Priority is Safety
Item 1 - Completed Meet & Greet. A completed meet and greet is required for all new clients. We want to make sure its a good fit.
Item 2 - Customer Contract. Our contract is important in that it contains things like emergency contacts, how we handle emergencies for your pet, pet owner contact information, service terms and responsibilities (all the legal stuff), payment information, our cancellation policy, our liability policy including information on pet vaccination requirements. This is completed only once. And we reserve the right to request signature of an updated contract at any time (e.g., people move, new pets arrive, legal protection requirements change).
Item 3 - Pet Profile. A completed Pet Profile sheet is required for each pet. A pet profile sheet contains important pet information including pet name, breed, age, weight, special instructions or medications, special behaviors to be aware of, feeding schedule, microchip and vaccine information. Please note that we comply with North Carolina law on pet vaccine requirements and we make no exceptions. This aligns with our values of pet safety first, and keeping our staff safe as well. We may also ask you to update this on a annual basis.
